Pastoral Care Team

Our pastoral team takes communion to people at home and in care homes and we visit and catch up with anyone who is poorly, housebound or unable to come to church.

We can also organise lifts for folk unable to drive but keen to join in church life and events. Every week we take a bunch of Fellowship flowers to someone who is celebrating good news, going through a difficult time, feeling poorly- or simply just to say hello!
